Lemon Cake
For 4 persons:
250 g of milk
50 g of starch
100 g of sugar
2 egg yolks and 3 egg whites
1 sachet of vanilla
juice of ½ lemon
200 g of pan of Spain
200 g of paste for cover
50 g of sugar
To spread in a painful a paste leaf through and to put it to the furnace to 200° C for 15 minutes. To remove the furnace and to add one layer of pan of Spain, bathed the lemon, covered with one layer of cream to the lemon. To mount the white of egg to snow with the sugar and to cover all the cake, decorating it to pleasure. Passages to the furnace for 15 minutes to 100° C. To serve cold with one dusted of sugar to veil.
